Water sprinklers!!! and Bubbles -
I second mom's idea. Wear them out with fun. Slather on the sunscreen and turn them loose in the yard with anything that will get them wet for an hour or two. Then set them in front of a video with all the curtains drawn and they'll be down shortly.
